Using what I had at home to eat good with limited ingredients & zero time to spare 😮💨 Here’s what I threw together: • Kodiak protein pancake mix • Banana chunks in the batter (swap w/ berries, peaches etc for lower cal) • Pumpkin purée instead of oil in the mix (trust me) • Zero cal avocado spray instead of oil in the pan to cook • Light & Fit Greek yogurt for the topping instead of syrup • Light drizzle of raw honey just on the top layer (don’t double layer it if you’re watching cals) Came out fire 🔥!!
