9 months postpartum and what a journey it’s been! During my last pregnancy, I gained 55 pounds. I stopped training around 3 months pregnant and was only walking. Let’s be real—I love food, and pregnancy felt like the perfect excuse to indulge in everything I craved! When London was about 4-5 months old, I started exercising again. Slowly but surely, I’ve been building consistency, lately working out 4 times a week— mainly for my mental health… And guess what? The weight has been coming off naturally! It’s a slow process, but the progress feels so rewarding. If you’re on a similar journey, know that it’s okay to go at your own pace.
