I placed my post partum essentials after giving birth into a basket in my upstairs and downstairs bathroom. This allowed me to have everything stocked and ready to use so I didn’t have to constantly go up and down the stairs during recovery. This time around, I enjoyed using the Frida post partum pads and disposable underwear. I was fine using the hospital provided peri bottle and also used Ticks witch hazel pads #LTKbaby #LTKbump
