all of that said….. after waking up one morning in so much pain (literally crying) and had a major migraine all day, i bought this pillow from target and had it delivered same day. i went with the premier so it’s closest to a down alternative but also has memory foam inside. it comes with extra “fluff” if you to adjust to your preference! i am back to getting amazing sleep again and now i want to cry for joy (rather than cry for pain 😂)
