After a LOT of sleep issues (and neck and shoulder pain) over the past few months, I’ve been trying out so many different pillows and finally landed on the best pillow of my life! This is the Coop Premier Pillow - I snagged it from Target (but also available on Amazon) ‘cuz I really wanted it to be delivered same day! 😅 I went with the premier so it’s closest to a down alternative, but also has memory foam inside. It comes with extra “fluff” if you want to adjust to your preference!
