Just use my walking pad for the first time and I am totally obsessed! I did 2 miles at 3.9 speed with a 12 pound weighted vest and I was so sweaty and feel like it was such a good workout! I got the 15% incline 6.2 mph version

Fleece line tights are a winter essential for me! I love that they are not sheer so they give you a little bit of extra coverage when wearing skirts and dresses. Thick waistband that won’t roll down.
