Me and baking have a love/hate relationship. It’s good that my husband isn’t too big on sweets. My sweet tooth, however, has already RSVP’d to all the fall treats this year.

I made these simple, delicious baked apples. I’m so proud of myself. 😆

Ingredients:
Apples
Chopped pecans (or granola)
Butter

Ice cream
Caramel sauce
