I’m kind of obsessed with my new protein shaker bottle — the Stanley Vitalize shaker in Coastal Teal. Used this during my workout today (upright rows, farmer’s carries, kettlebell swings, alternating lunges… basically 30 minutes in my basement “gym” / storage room where the cat’s litter box also lives 😅). The built-in strainer keeps protein shakes smooth with no clumps, the lid is leakproof, and the carry handle makes it easy to grab between sets. The bottom container is a 3 oz storage compartment which is perfect for keeping protein powder or supplements with you so everything stays together. It’s been really convenient having my protein shaker ready to go without carrying extra containers.
