When hosting any event, I usually end up baking some sort of cookies. I normally do everything from scratch, but sometimes when cooking multiple things I like to grab some of these gluten free and vegan cookies that EVERYONE loves! I even add my own homemade icing glazes to them. I never have any left overs because they get eaten quick!
