Has your hair texture changed during perimenopause? My hair has gotten super dry and coarse and right at my roots it is very wiry and it is sticking up my head. My hair can not take any kind of heat anymore- no more blow drying or any kind of hot tools for me. I only air dry my hair now, so I wanted to try out these heatless curlers. I put my damp hair in them and let my hair air dry for 4 hours (you could also sleep in these but I can imagine that is a bit uncomfortable!). What do you think about the results?
