1-2 times per week I do this scalp and hair “deep clean” routine. The hair mask goes on the lengths of my hair and the rest is massaged into the scalp, gently brushed through and then I put my hair in a loose braid or silk turban for an hour or sometimes I’ll sleep with it on!
