Modern Coastal Living Room on SALE!!! We added new home decor, furniture, + lighting to our living room in our Florida home. With living so close to the beach, we wanted it to have modern coastal decor. We designed it so the space has a light + airy feeling. Our neutral living room has pops of blue, so the jute rug with a blue border fit the space perfectly. Our sectional couch is a neutral color, so we added blue throw pillows and blue throw blankets. The palm leaf and sea shell accent pillows also added a coastal touch to the couch. We love the blanket basket for our living room, but we use it for storage in our bedroom too. The oversized glass vase with tall palm leafs added to the beach decor and helped also add some color against the white shiplap wall. This greenery matched the faux snake plant on our end table. Our end table matched the jute rug and helped add some texture to the space. Its sandy color bring warm beach tones to the space.
