Crack Chicken Soup w/ Cheddar Bay Biscuit Topping!🥣🍲

So good and so deliciously comforting! It’s the perfect fall comfort soup!

Ingredients:

- 3 cups chicken broth
- 3 cups shredded rotisserie chicken (or cooked chicken breast)
- 1 cup water
- 1 packet ranch seasoning (alternatively, use 2 tablespoons of garlic, onion salt, a splash of milk, and 2 tablespoons of butter)
- 2 cups cooked and crumbled bacon (turkey bacon for a healthier option)
- 1 block cream cheese
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 box cheddar bay biscuit mix (plus additional ingredients as specified on the box)
- Optional: sliced green onions for garnish

**Instructions:**
1. In a soup pot, combine the shredded chicken, ranch seasoning, chicken broth, and water. Heat over medium-low until it reaches a simmer.
2. Stir in the crumbled bacon, cream cheese, and shredded cheddar cheese. Mix until everything is melted and smooth.
3. Transfer the mixture into oven-safe dishes, filling them about two-thirds full.
4. Prepare the biscuit dough according to the package instructions. Drop spoonfuls of the dough over the soup mixture.
5. Bake in a preheated oven at 425°F for 15 minutes.
6. Once baked, brush the garlic butter (included in the biscuit mix) over the biscuit topping.
7. If desired, sprinkle with green onions before serving. Enjoy your delicious bake!
