I set out fresh juices, fruit toppings, chips and salsa, and a rimming station with salt, sugar, and Tajín — and everyone can add tequila to build their perfect margarita.

It’s such an easy setup, but it makes everything feel a little more festive without a ton of work. Perfect for Cinco de Mayo, backyard hangs, or just summer nights with friends.

Strawberry Margarita Popsicles🍓🍸✨

This is perfect for Cinco de Mayo, Taco Tuesday, or the Summer

✨[Save this post]✨

What you need:

1 1/4 pounds strawberries
1/4 cup + 1 Tablespoon tequila (silver)
2 Tablespoons honey or agave nectar
2 Tablespoons fresh lime juice
4 Limes
Kosher Salt (optional)
Tajin (optional)

Instructions:

Blend the strawberries in a blender until they are puréed.

Add in the tequila, honey and lime juice (then blend)

Pour the mixture into small cups. Insert the popsicle sticks through the lime and add it on top of the mixture (making sure some of the lime is in the mixture, not just on top).

Add salt or Tajin on top, whichever you prefer

Add in freezer until the popsicles are frozen solid.

To unmold the popsicles, cut the top part of the cup and peel off.

I mixed tequila, Grand Marnier, and lime juice for a classic margarita—but use whatever you like. These are perfect and convenient for the beach, the lake, cookouts, or any spring or summer event. I brought these to the game last spring and let’s just say…everyone had a time 😜

Just keep it in the fridge until you’re ready to pack it up with ice and enjoy.🙌🏾

Winter Snow Margarita ❄️☃️🍸

This is the perfect Margarita for the Winter or Holidays.

Here is what you need:

12 ounces clear tequila
12 ounces white cranberry juice
8 ounces clear orange liqueur (I used @grandmarnierusa )
8 ounces lime juice
8 ounces coconut rum
8 ounces coconut milk
4 ounces simple syrup

Garnish:
Rosemary
Lime
Fresh Cranberries
Powdered sugar

Rim:
Lime
Sugar & Salt

Instructions:

Add everything into a large pitcher and mix together.

Pour over ice, garnish with fresh cranberries, lime, rosemary, and powdered sugar

Enjoy!
