Easy Mimosa Bar perfect for Easter or any Spring gathering🌷🌼

What you will need:

Champagne or Prosseco

Juice (I used pineapple, orange, cran apple, grapefruit. You can use any.

Fruit (I used grapes, strawberries, pineapples, blueberries and raspberries)

Festive Spring Sprinkles (I found some at Homegoods)

Simple syrup

Champagne glassess

Ice Bucket

Ice

1. Add champagne to ice bucket with ice
2. Pour juice in your favorite decanters
3. Set up a champagne glass station and a rimming staton (bowls of sprinkles and simple syrup)
4. Set up fruit

Fall-Off-The-Bone Crockpot Chicken Recipe

This slow-cooked chicken is juicy, tender, and easy to make

Ingredients:
• 10-13 chicken legs
I eyeballed the seasoning, but here is a guide if you wan to measure:
• 2 tbsp flour (to dust the bottom of the crockpot-helps make the juice thicker)
• 1 cup chicken broth
• 2 tbsp garlic & herb butter
• 1 tsp onion powder
• 1 tsp garlic powder
• 1 tsp Mrs. Dash (Original)
• 1 tsp chicken rub
• 1 tsp garlic & herb seasoning
• 1 tsp Italian seasoning
• 1 tsp paprika
• ½ tsp salt

Directions:
• Dust the bottom of the crockpot with flour.
• Add chicken legs.
• Season generously with all seasonings.
• Pour chicken broth along the side (not over the chicken).
• Top with garlic & herb butter.
• Cook on HIGH for 4 hours.
• Enjoy!

Smothered Baked Turkey Wings 🍗✨

Fall-off-the-bone turkey wings smothered in a rich, flavorful gravy! This is perfect for Sunday dinner, Thanksgiving, or the Holidays if you don’t want to make a whole turkey.

Ingredients

6 turkey wings (wing and drum connected)

I eyeballed the seasoning, but here’s a guide to help you make this dish perfect every time.

Seasoning:

2 tsp Cajun seasoning
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
(Season both sides)
1/2 red bell pepper, 1/2 green bell pepper, 1/2 yellow bell pepper, diced (or you can use 1 container of tri pepper mix)
1 onion, diced
2 cups chicken broth
1 tsp Better Than Bouillon
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 packet onion soup mix
Olive oil
Cornstarch (optional)

Directions:
1️⃣ Add turkey wings to a baking dish and coat it with a little olive oil (just enough to lightly coat the wings), season generously with Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and smoked paprika. (Adjust the seasoning as you like!)
2️⃣ Add red, green, and yellow bell peppers and onions on top.
3️⃣ In a bowl, whisk together chicken broth and Better Than Bouillon. Pour it along the sides of the turkey wings to keep the seasoning intact.
4️⃣ In another bowl, mix the cream of chicken soup and onion soup mix. Pour this mixture over the turkey.
5️⃣ Bake covered with foil on 375 for 3 hours (taking the foil off during the last 30 mins) The longer you cook it covered, the more tender the wings will be.
6️⃣ Optional Gravy Thickening Step
If you’d like a thicker gravy, stir in a cornstarch slurry during the last 30 minutes (after removing the foil). To make the slurry, whisk 1 tablespoon cornstarch with a little cold or room temp chicken broth until smooth, then pour it into the pan juices. For a thicker consistency, you can add a bit more cornstarch slurry if needed. The gravy will thicken as it finishes baking.

Ingredients:

1 pound ground beef
2 packages of ravioli (cheese or meat-filled)
1 (25oz) jar tomato sauce
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
2 teaspoon garlic powder
2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1 teaspoon black pepper
Parsley

Instructions:

Brown the Beef: In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat. Season the beef with garlic powder, onion powder, seasoning salt and black pepper.

Layer the Ingredients: In your crockpot, spread a thin layer of tomato sauce on the bottom. Layer 1/2 of the ravioli on top. Add 1/2 of the cooked ground beef, followed by a layer of mozzarella cheese.

Repeat: Continue layering in this order: sauce, ravioli, ground beef, and cheese until all ingredients are used. Finish with a layer of mozzarella cheese on top.

Cook: Cover and cook on low for 3-4 hours

10 minutes prior to serving add parsley for garnish
