A friend and I were talking about our must-haves for the perfect baby PJ’s. They need to have mittens, footies, and double zippers. These things really make the nightly diaper changes easier. How long did it take for you to feel like yourself again postpartum? For me, it helps to get back to doing the things we used to enjoy. These noise cancelling ear muffs were a game changer!
