Say yes to ✅
- Shape wear🙌🏽
- High waisted jeans and pants are your friend!
- They not only disguise extra tummy and back fat, but flatter you silhouette.
- If you have a larger bottom or top half:
👉🏽Opt for dresses that are more fitted at the waist or have a tie and then flare at the bottom.
•For Pear 🍐 shapes it show off a smaller waist, not bring attention to, but still flatter larger hips & rear.
•For Apple 🍎 shapes & rectangle it create some more proportion and silhouette.
- If you have a larger bottom half 🍐 a more fitted top and high waist wide leg pant is an extremely flattering silhouette to again show off your figure, but not draw attention too larger legs

What I avoid ❌
- Low rise jeans: they expose my soft tummy and back fat, and when I sit down, I don’t want to put on a show lol
- Tops that are cropped and wide. They make your waste look as wide as your hips, therefore not showing off your beautiful silhouette.

⚠️ But overall, just wear the clothes that make YOU look and feel amazing!
