Wearing this lavender workout set today and I am obsessed. The color is soft, pretty, and perfect for lower body workouts, gym days, weight training, Pilates, yoga, and everyday athleisure. Everything is from Amazon and everything is affordable.

This matching lavender sports bra and high waisted leggings give a super flattering fit with great stretch and squat proof coverage. My full hair routine that keeps it shiny, smooth, and frizz free

Here is exactly how I wash and style my hair from start to finish. All products are linked in the post.
1. I only wash every 4 to 7 days to protect my scalp and keep frizz down.
2. I always double shampoo. First cleanse is a clarifying shampoo to remove product buildup. I use Pantene Volume Shampoo.
3. Second cleanse is a moisturizing shampoo, followed by a moisturizing conditioner. My favorites are Oribe Gold Lust shampoo and conditioner. A great drugstore alternative is L’Oréal EverPure.
4. I apply a deep mask and leave it on for about 20 minutes while I shave and exfoliate. I use the Color Wow Money Mask. The budget friendly alternative is SheaMoisture Jamaican Black Castor Oil Treatment Masque.
5. After rinsing, I apply a leave in conditioner, a hair oil, and a lightweight volumizing mousse. My leave in is Color Wow Money Leave In, my oil is the Kérastase Elixir Ultime, and the mousse is X-Large and In Charge Bombshell Mousse.
6. I rough dry until my hair is about 80 percent dry, then spray Color Wow Dream Coat section by section for humidity protection and shine.
7. Once everything is fully dry, I curl with my Bio Ionic 1.25 inch curling iron for soft, long lasting curls.
8. To maintain the style all week, I brush my hair at night, add a little oil to the ends, and wrap it in overnight curlers so it stays smooth and bouncy between washes.

Note: I currently have 2 rows of beaded weft extensions sewn in, which help with fullness and hold the style beautifully.
