I am not sure if this can really be a trend since to me velvet is always in for the fall/winter. However I do think there was more velvet outfits this year on the runway shows.

I was so excited to try out a cleansing balm from Murad. Their Targeted Wrinkle Corrector is a must have for me.

Cleansing balms are best for normal, dry and sensitive skin types. Balms are great at breaking down heavy or waterproof makeup. Even though I don't usually wear heavy or waterproof makeup I still like using a balm because they melt into the skin.

Look at how awesome this packing is! You twist and get the product. No more putting your fingers in or looking for a tiny spatula to get product out! Apply this to dry skin.

Now on their site, Amazon or Ulta I didn't see anywhere that talked about the scent. So most would think it would be unscented but it isn't. I would describe it as a light floral scent.

I think the scent smells good but that was a complaint of some online. Also, I had my mom use it and she didn't like the scent at all. She said maybe a slight rose but wasn't positive which flower.
