I'd size down in the denim style button down top from Target, I'm in a small. If you are in between sizes, the wide leg Target set is roomy for the pants and could be sized down. I'm wearing a medium in the Walmart halter and should size down. I did size down to the ruffle chambry top from Walmart. Everything else is a medium/8 and TTS.
