Do not listen to the over under method for sizing. Use the website abrathatfits.org to get your size. Then shop.

Don’t go to VS, don’t go to Soma. Go to a specialty bra shop if you want to be measured in person.

Bras should: be secure and comfortable. The band should sit level and be parallel to the floor. The gore should lay flat to your chest. Your tissue should be fully enclosed and have no gaps or overspill. The underwire should not dig or poke.
