Mondays are about getting dressed with intention, which creates a ripple effect—making more intentional choices in general. Working out when I didn’t want to, pre selecting outfit choices for a special event tomorrow night, making myself coffee at home vs. wasting time at the drive through, taking a minute to enjoy crepe myrtle season, and styling my coffee table in my favorite room of the house.

I love getting dressed with intention because it reminds us that it’s not about your outfit, or what you’re doing that day, but your mindset, and how getting dressed can boost productivity—even if you don’t leave the house! It’s not a new concept, but I hope these videos inspire you to actually try it! I am frazzled with home renovations, work, things being out of place, but when I get dressed, something clicks and I’m able to refocus on me and work vs everyone else and mom mode!
