In honor of Thanksgiving and missing my mom like crazy today, I'm posting one of her best recipes EVER. She made it every Thanksgiving and Christmas and everyone that's ever had it, LOVED it. It's a simple recipe, she always said the most simple recipes are always the best. I hope your home and heart are filled with love and happiness today. I'm forever thankful for all of you! Happy Thanksgiving friends🤍

NO CRUST APPLE PIE
Bag of Granny Smith apples
1.5 sticks butter
I cup flour
1 cup sugar
1 egg
Pecans

Peel & slice Granny Smith Apples and fill the pie pan, just enough to fill the pan, don't overfill it.

Sprinkle apples with cinnamon and sugar. I use about 2 tablespoons of sugar and 2 teaspoons of cinnamon.

Melt butter in sauce pan, add flour, sugar, egg and pecans. Mix, pour mixture over apples.

Bake at 350 for 45 minutes or until golden brown
