Famous Sour Cream Banana Bread Recipe 1 cup sugar ½ cup oil 2 eggs 1 cup mashed ripe banana ½ cup sour cream 1 t vanilla 1½ cups flour 1 t baking soda ½ t salt Heat oven to 350. Grease and flour bottom only of loaf pan. Beat sugar and oil. Add eggs, mashed banana, sour cream and vanilla. Mix until well combined. Add flour, baking soda and salt.
