You can’t have it all..💀 When it comes to getting fit and hitting the gym, there are always going to be some sacrifices. And for your hair, that means it’s not gonna always look fresh because you’re going to sweat. Now this routine will help to minimize the effects of the gym on your blowout or silk press but it’s not 100% fool proof. You’re gonna have to pick.. hot body or hot hair🤷♀️. So here’s what has worked for me: 1. I brush the edges but never really comb my hair. 2. I use a light oil to reduce friction and breakage 3. I smooth the edges and tuck the ends 4. I use the @gymwrap because it’s sweat wicking (5 years and counting) 5.
