We all have those days- not feeling our best, a little bloated, or just tired. It’s tempting to grab leggings and an old sweatshirt, but honestly… doing that usually makes me feel worse. Getting dressed (even a little!) helps so much.

So this is my go-to instead- soft, comfy pants that don’t cling, an easy tee or tank, a cozy layer, and simple jewelry that feels like me.

@aerie is probably my favorite store for high quality comfy clothes right now & @americaneagle has always been one of my favorites for good jeans. Currently sweatshirts and sweatpants are 40% off! The first sweatshirt I have in three colors (cream, brown & green!). I also bought the sweatpants in the grey, as well as a cami bra top that was adorable but way too big.

Also, didn’t mean to leave you hanging but wasn’t sure when I filmed this! But I’m leaning toward returning the cream henley because it’s too see through. I may exchange for a different color!
