🏋️First workout of 2026 in the books! I’m loving these workout tees. I wear a Medium. Leggings are a medium also, and I love my new tote bag, perfect for gym days!

Today was leg day. For those interested, here are the exercises. I did 3 sets of each:
1. Goblet squats: 10-12 reps holding 1 40lb dumbbell
2. Reverse lunges: 10-12 reps on each leg holding 15lb dumbbells in each hand
3. Single-leg hamstring curls with machine set to 30 lbs
