Finding the right pair of jeans is always hard. Here are my try ons and tried and tested styles

Wearing 22” waist in the jeans - I’d recommend sizing down if you want a neater fit around the hips/bottom. And 29” inseam. But does also come in 31/33

Wearing XXS in the knit/jacket/shirt and would definitely size down in the cotton jacket and shirt. XXS good for size 6/8

This is a new in style that is a great one.

Soft denim with stretch so very comfortable
It’s an ankle grazer but go up a length and you’ll have a full length jean. Wearing regular and short in this video and you can see where they both sit differently on me.

The mom jean is an excellent alternative to the barrel. Creates a similar shape just less exaggerated and infinitely more wearable particularly if you’re petite!

Knitted jacket comes in other colours. Xs works for 6/8

Stripe top is a relaxed fit. Wearing size 6 in this.

AD The carrot jean @marksandspencer is another excellent alternative to the barrel. More voluminous than the mom but less so than the barrel. Another tried and tested style that lots of my clients have and love.

Finding a pair of mid rise jeans is the holy grail as high rise styles dominate.

This, however, is an excellent option that I discovered in a recent wardrobe edit of a client. It’s an ankle length straight leg.

Comes in petite and regular.
Different washes available - wearing dark blue and mid blue in these in the petite length. Waist 24

Straight leg good for every body shape so I’d highly recommend trying this one

This crop kick flare is a great style for wearing with a casual boot (it’s also brilliant with a smarter boot too) and a nice alternative to skinnies

Wearing Size 34 in both jeans. The black are neater fitting so you would need to size up in this colour.
