Injury or not, hydration is non-negotiable. Even when you’re stuck in bed, your body needs the support to recover. Now that I’m moving again, electrolytes are helping me rebuild strength and stay consistent. I rotate between ZYN Wellness and Hydralyte — two of my go-to’s for keeping energy up and recovery smooth.
