Can I tell you something I didn’t want to share until I actually tested it for a few weeks…

You’ve probably seen this ring on me already in my posts and stories and I’ve basically been wearing it nonstop.

I added a thin little diamond stack under it to dress it up, but it’s actually the Calmi ring and it’s a little different than it looks.

It has tiny integrated magnets and subtle acupressure points inside, and I’ve just been curious to see how it felt over time.

And what I’ve noticed is I feel more steady, less tense at the end of the day, and my sleep has felt deeper lately.

Nothing dramatic, just… more balanced?
