Things I’m done apologizing for as a working mom:

1. Not wanting the promotion.
2. WANTING to work.
3. Outsourcing things instead of doing it all myself.
4. Having boundaries around my work hours.

There’s no one right way to be a working mom. And I think we need to talk more about the things we’re allowed to want, prioritize, and say no to.
