🏡Can you believe it?! 🏡 The transformation on this exterior still blows my mind a little. If I hadn’t been part of it, I’d probably scroll past thinking it was just a good filter. But nopestucco repairs happened (hallelujah), and then paint and shutters swooped in and completely changed the energy of the house. We didn’t have a huge budget to work with, so the pressure was on to make smart, high-impact choices. I wanted a color that felt warm and neutral- not too stark, not too cool, and definitely not the kind that leaves you saying, “remember the pinkish house?” And the green for the shutters? A forever favorite! still green, still earthy, but soft enough to play nice with everything. The shutters and window boxes were the finishing touches I just had to have. They brought in that charm, that little bit of storybook welcome that made this place feel like home. Because let’s be honest—she started off a little rough around the edges… but now? She’s kind of a dream.
