I’m in size 30. I had ordered 32 but returned for 30 as it was a bit big on me. There is stretch in the fabric.

Doubling down on denim is always fun. These two pieces work as they are tonal but with a slight contrast. Mind you, I’m very ok with a matching denim set too. Adding contrasts of tan and white keeps the look classic but modern.

are the same shape Country Road jeans I featured in my recent denim edit (comment Substack if you missed it) but in white. HOWEVER, I have sized up 1//2 a size to 13 to accommodate a slightly different fabric which can affect fit. Watch for this with some black denim pieces too. How good is it that CR offers half-sizes?!

In winter I’m more likely to splurge on a piece that I know I’ll wear for a lot for winters to come. This cropped Camilla and Marc trench had been in my cart for a while and then my parents spoiled me with some birthday money so I put it towards it. They live overseas so gift money. Spoiled! There is a lot of fabric in this around the upper body/bust so I ended up sizing down to S/M for less overwhelm but still enough room to layer a knit and a long-sleeve bodysuit underneath. Yes! It was freezing on this night and we were sitting outside.
