Adding coconut oil to my hair and nail care routines is a game changer! I like to use it on my high porosity natural hair to help fill in the gaps on my hair shaft, which leaves me with stronger and smoother strands. I do this by using the coconut oil as a prepoo and/or adding a tbsp to my deep conditioner for extra nourishment. I like to massage it on my nails to alleviate brittleness and add extra shine.
