If I'd been born 1 day and 5 minutes later, I'd of been born on September 1st.
However, even waaaay back in 1979 I said "no, way... no fall. I'm a summer girl."

After living off popsicles and soup, I was ready to get back at it in the kitchen.
Last night, I did steak and cheese egg rolls with a cheese dipping sauce.
For this you'll need:
-1.5 lb of ribeye shaved
- Provolone Cheese
-Vegetable oil
- egg roll wrappers
- 2Tbs butter
-2 TBS flour
- 1/2 C milk
- 1/2 C cheese (your choice what type!)

I'm trying to battle back from strep, a sinus infection and an ear infection all at once.
Today was the 1st day that I'd been up to trying to cool or bake anything.
I recently got the Kitchenaid wooden bowl mixer, it's crazy how excited I am over an appliance.
Regardless, these cookies are delicious! Little, bite sized apple pies.
