This blazer is fully lined and it is a bit heavier, so can be worn as a fall jacket. I’m in my regular size 8/medium. If you’re thicker through the shoulders or you wanna wear a sweater with it, I would suggest sizing up. This brand is sold at Anthropologie. This jacket is a really good find.
