Things you need to know about the sale:

* Nordy buyers choose all the best of fall and have it in stock only for the sale.

* Favorites sell out during the first week, but often come back in stock by the final week because of returns. For this reason, you will want to click the “save ribbon icon” next to your faves, so you’ll be alerted by LTK when it’s back in stock.

* often the sale prices are the lowest price you’ll see all year, so buy now not later.

* if you shop with a Nordstrom cc you get to shop early.
