Starting the month off flowing in the right direction! ✨ I finally tried @corepoweryoga and loved every minute of it. I’m always down for a good vinyasa flow and hot yoga session, and this class delivered that and more. We focused on breathwork, moving intentionally through each flow, and refining our form—it was everything I needed. 🧘🏾‍♀️🔥 I’ll definitely be back!
