If sleep support isn’t enough to help your baby or toddler fall asleep, consider ways to help increase comfort. This could mean suctioning their nose if congestion is making it difficult to breathe, adding a humidifier to the room to help loosen up congestion, or giving Tylenol or Motrin if the fever and body aches are preventing sleep.
