The only thing that gives my fine flat hair volume are hot rollers. I don’t look for “curl” per se but just a voluminous blow-out feel and look. I’ve used every round brush & trick & hot rollers will forever be my tried and true. LTKWedding LTKBeauty LTKStyleTip
