I’m in my 50s now, and here’s something wild: I look better than I did in my 30s and 40s.

She wouldn’t give me a single hint, so I had to take my best guess! I went with polka dots, and apparently I know her pretty well because I was right.

Head straight to the big boys’ section for this shopping hack! 👀 We grabbed an XL boys’ Polo shirt, which fits like a women’s large or 10–12, while the boys’ large fits more like a women’s medium, and they’re about a third of the price. We actually prefer the boys’ fit through the shoulders, so if you’re broader up top like we are, this one is definitely worth trying.

Just a little Target run!

This under-$50 Amazon dress looks SO much more expensive than it is! 🍂 We love the classic stripes and how easily it can be dressed up or down for fall. Add loafers and a sweater over the shoulders for an effortlessly polished look that works for brunch, the classroom, the office, and everything in between!

I finally got my hands on this Walmart knit jacket, and it was worth the wait! The knit feels soft and cozy, and it’s such an easy layer to throw on with jeans, trousers, or everyday fall outfits. Such a good Walmart find to have in your closet for cooler days.
