I put on a strapless dress this week and let my arms just… be out.

Softer than they used to be, fuller than they used to be — because they’re 54 years old and they’ve done the work. They’ve carried my kids. Pushed my dad’s wheelchair to dialysis more times than I can count. Waved from a thousand sidelines.

No sculpting. No shame. Just arms that have lived a whole life and don’t need to apologize for it.
