I share my age and my weight on here on purpose. Not for attention. Not for shock. Not for validation. I do it because so many women scroll all day and only see two extremes - size 0… or size 20. And most of us live somewhere beautifully in between. If saying the number helps one woman stop feeling “wrong” in her body, stop wondering why she doesn’t look like the algorithm, or start getting dressed with confidence instead of comparison, then it’s worth it. To the women who get it: this space is for you. For real bodies. Real ages. Real life. And for remembering that confidence doesn’t come from hiding the truth! It comes from owning it.
