I’m in my 50s now, and here’s something wild: I look better than I did in my 30s and 40s.

For years I didn’t even realize how much I’d let myself fade into the background. Skipping the mirror instead of looking in it. Putting everyone else’s needs before my own, every single day.

Turning it around wasn’t one big overhaul. It was small, daily acts of choosing myself — the right fit over the “safe” size, sun rays instead of something to erase, showing up as me instead of hiding.

We use color Bronze Glow! And i know it says to mix with foundation, but I literally just apply it and then rub in my moisturizer! I’ll also add it after a foundation too if I want some extra glow! And then I even add a couple dots as the day goes on. lol! I love it!

This J.Crew Cardigan is one Tegan and I wear at least a few days a week. On days we are together we actually have to call each other to make sure both of us aren’t wearing it. Tegan has it in the cute Navy Blue with white contrast knitting on the color and I have it in pink. It’s just one of those cardigans that is a classic but also on trend. My college daughter wants one too. You can wear it both with buttons in the front with a shirt under or with the buttons down the back which is statement-making!
Also, I’m wearing a savings hack. It’s genuine polo button down for $59. It’s just in a boys XL which fits like the women’s 12 ($169) in my opinion, because I bought the 10 to compare and it was tighter.
