Arm workout for real results!Doing Mother of the Bridal arms. Just some 5 lb weights. I do them in the shower sitting on my bench. 2 reps of 30 eqch. Just arm curls, overhead pullups, arm raises, and punches. Ive been pretty disciplined and so far it’s working for me. s
