I’m in my 50s now, and here’s something wild: I look better than I did in my 30s and 40s.

For years I didn’t even realize how much I’d let myself fade into the background. Skipping the mirror instead of looking in it. Putting everyone else’s needs before my own, every single day.

Working on our Mother of the Bride arms with just a pair of 5 lb weights! We keep it simple with curls, overhead pulls, arm raises, and punches for 2 sets of 30, and we’ve been doing these right from our shower bench.
