Today is an emotionally intense day for me. I wondered when I received the cancer diagnosis is I would survive to see this day and I'm so blessed by God that I am. I know not everyone survives and this breaks my heart. Staying strong in the midst of struggle is never an easy task and I recognize that. I just wanted to let you know how blessing come in many different ways and today my blessing is watching my son in his white tuxedo graduate from high school. He amazes me everyday. I know my diagnosis was not easy on him and I'm so proud of the man he has become. May God bless you and keep you strong no matter what you are dealing with.

Second yoga class and it was tough, but I showed up and did it. I usually practice at home, but going to a studio with my daughters makes me feel more accountable and excited to keep going.
