Hair care tips for hair growthh Humble brag but my hairstylist, who has been doing my hair for over a decade, told me my hair is the healthiest she’s ever seen it AND it’s growing again 🤩 Im not anywhere near an expert on hair care, but I’m truly so pleased lately that I can’t stop talking about it, because I have very thin hair and was a natural blonde when I was young so up until 2023 my go-to color usually involved bleach. Basically, my hair looked great (thanks, Kelly 😂), but felt gross and in 2022 it just sort of stopped growing so I started trying out new products. My process & go-to products listed: Every 3-4 days I shower at night. - I use kristinesshair cleansing shampoo w/a scalp brush - then bondiboost Anti-Thinning trio (the spray I use on my temples after the shower) - I then brush my hair use the spray above and also aveda thickening serum - then overnight I use the @mykitsch curler w/damp hair (let it air dry a bit) Next Morning: - I use a Kristin Ess Hair 1” curling iron at 365 degrees and just quickly curl through my hair - essentially I’m “ironing” out and reshaping my curls. - Hairspray I use pantene volume & texture non-aerosol - Then I put aveda dry shampoo on my hands, run it through my hair, tease the roots and touch up the front and top curl pieces Day 2: I dry shampoo and recurl (sometimes use the bondi boost spray again) Day 3: Dry Shampoo and just let it be wavy or put it up Day 4: If I make it to day 4, it’s an updo 😂 I also have a daily multi vitamin that also helps with hair growth and put collagen peptides in my coffee…although recently read that likely does nothing 😂🫣 LTKFindsUnder50 LTKFindsUnder100 LTKBeauty
