My wash day hair routine that’s helped my hair flourish ✨

On wash days, I oil my hair using a mix of anything and everything my hair loves — coconut oil, avocado oil, rosemary oil, biotin oil — and fully saturate my scalp and ends. I keep my hair in a protective style and let it marinate for 8+ hours before washing.

Then on wash days, I also “dust” trim my hair. Not a full trim — just removing the tiniest bit off the ends where needed.

I treat my hair like a plant 🌱
If you want something to grow, you have to remove what’s dry, damaged, or no longer healthy. The same way you prune dead leaves, I dust my ends consistently to help keep my hair healthy and thriving.

For me, it’s been all about:
Oil. Patience. Consistency. Pruning what needs to go ✂️✨
