My favorite way to keep my butter. 🧈 We always keep our butter on the counter at room temp and this is the perfect way to store it. Just change out the water every day or two and your butter stays fresh, yet soft and spreadable. 😍

These are perfect for watering plants 🌱 and herbs while you’re away, or if you simply don’t want to attend to them on a regular basis. Just fill them up with water, place them in the dirt and they will self water your plants. I’ve had these for my herbs & plants for several years now and they have never failed me yet. 🙂

If you love a good meatball 🩷, then this is your new favorite recipe.
I use a shortcut ingredient...Thai Red Curry paste. So much flavor packed into a small jar.
The meatballs are tender & juicy, the sauce is mellowed out with coconut milk and all in all, it's a fabulous one skillet dish. Serve over rice and with a nice green salad for a fan favorite dinner.

What's for dinner? 🍽️ Tonight's dinner could not be any easier since I'm just roughly chopping the veg I have on hand, tossing it with some pesto and adding chunks of swordfish (or any firm white fish🐟 or even chicken).
Skewer the meat & veg then grill indoors or out. Super flavorful, healthy & absolutely delicious.
I made a little sauce to go on the side with some Chosen mayo & a bit of that store bought pesto.
